Submission Guidelines / Group Behavior

Submit to the correct folder, continuous failure to follow this simple rule will get your group status changed to blocked. IF you wish to continue to be able to participate in Give-give-get you will have to note our current Founder Alexitalics with an apology and a statement that you have read our group policies.

Help your fellow members by sending a note to this group if the folder(s) you are trying to submit to has reached its limit! Otherwise it may go undetected for some time.

All Llama trading comments should preferably include your Llama stats, but is optional.

You can post comments asking for points in exchange for your services! you may not just beg for stuff. see example 2

Folder Submission Guidelines:

They pretty much are what they sound like folks! But here's a quick overview anyways to just to clarify a few things.

commission information
This folder is for you to submit your Commission Information to spread awareness about your OPEN Commissions, whether selling or asking for Commissions this is for Information ONLY and NOT for finished Commissioned artworks. It would be nice if you labled them as [open] or [closed] but you can submit either type. *Preferably Commission Journals but price sheets are also acceptable.

giveaways - points, pm, art
It has become increasingly popular to host Giveaways proclaiming prizes such as points, premium memberships and many forms of artwork available by chance if you follow all of the host's written requirements. Submit Giveaway Information to this folder. It would be nice if you labled them as [open] or [closed] but you can submit either type. "Points Raffles" are not allowed on deviantart.

free 50x50 icons
Submit icons that fit the size requirements [50x50 pixels & less than 15 kb] to be used as an avatar on deviantart. Only submit here if they are FREE for the general public to use. No commissioned or personal icons should be in this folder.

free profile resources
Only submit 'decoration' resources if they are FREE for the general public to use. These 'decorations' include any item that can be used on our members profiles. No commissioned or personal resources should be in this folder.

free art resources
Only submit 'creation' resources if they are FREE for the general public to use. No Commissioned or personal resources should be in this folder.

free lineart
Only submit lineart or dolling bases if they are FREE for the general public to use. No commissioned or personal items should be in this folder.

join a contest
Submit your Contest Journal to this folder. Please remove it (if possible) after your contest has ended.

llama related fun
Any type of artwork that features a Llama or an Alpaca is accepted. Must be your own work.

premium content
Any item that uses DeviantART's Premium Content platform can be submitted to this folder. Includes: P2U Bases, P2U Brushes, P2U Resources, etc.
